Warm yourself up on a cold winter’s day with our delicious Winter Warmer Table D’Hote at Sleeping Buffalo Restaurant in Banff for $39 a person.

Designed by Chef Kelly Strutt, this 3 course menu will feature our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine. Savour a delicious braised lamb shank served with wild mushroom ragout and spinach spatetzli or a taste of spring with our seared salmon topped with grilled pineapple relish and ginger cream served with chive brown basmati and roasted balsamic beets as mains before digging into our house-made desserts.

The menu will change depending on product availability, so appease your salivating taste buds and dine with us before a dish is changed on the Winter Warmer Table D’Hote Menu.

Pair your meal with a delicious bottle of wine selected from our Gold Glass Award winning wine list designed by Wine Director, Brad Royale.

The Winter Warmer Table D’Hote Menu is $39 a person and is available Monday to Thursday until March 24, 2016.
