Known to have many health benefits, dry saunas have become a natural way of helping to treat a range of major and minor medical conditions. To get the most out of your sauna experience, it is important to stay hydrated. We encourage our guests to drink 8 to 16 ounces of water prior to entering to prevent dehydration and feelings of fatigue.

Staying hydrated allows the body to sweat out toxins and prevent getting sick. After your sauna, take a cool shower and continue drinking fluids as your body will lose about a pint of water during a 20-minute session.

Your time in the mountains should begin with adventure and end with relaxation.

Life moves fast, so take the time to reflect on your day and the beauty of the mountains. Let the sauna not only place your body at peace, but your mind and spirit too.

*Please consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before taking a sauna*
