Valentine’s day was made for romance and nothing says romance like dining on a delicious three-course menu in the heart of the Canadian Rockies in our newly renovated Sleeping Buffalo Restaurant. Taking inspiration from natural elements surrounding the lodge, such as wood and stone, the dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a carefully crafted menu with that special person in your life.

Designed by Chef Kelly Strutt, this three-course menu features our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine, with selections that pair perfectly with our Gold Glass Award winning wine list by Wine Director Brad Royale.

Feast your appetite on the Duck Confit Salad, followed with Pan Seared Cod or Sundried Tomato Crusted Rack of Lamb. Finish off dinner with a delectable White Chocolate Ripple Mousse Tower – perfect for sharing.

The Valentine’s Day Menu is $63 a person and will be available in our newly-renovated dining room starting at 5:30 p.m. on February 14, 2017.
