Fall in Love with a Four-Course Valentine’s Day Dinner in Banff

Valentine’s day was made for romance and nothing says it more like dining on a delicious four-course menu in the heart of the Canadian Rockies in the Sleeping Buffalo Dining Room.

Taking inspiration from natural elements surrounding the lodge, such as wood and stone, the dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a carefully crafted menu with that special person in your life.

Designed by Chef Kelly Strutt, this fourse-course menu features our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine, with selections that pair perfectly with our Gold Glass Award winning wine list!

Feast your appetite on a Fresh Oyster, then the Arugula & Artisan Lettuce, followed by a Miso Marinated Cod & Shrimp, or the Pan Roasted Elk Striploin. Finish off dinner with a delectable Toasted Coconut Mousse Tart.

The 2019 Valentine’s Day Menu is $67 (plus tax + grat) a person and will be available in the dining room starting at 5:30 p.m. on February 14, 2020.
