Valentine’s day was made for romance and nothing says romance like dining on a delicious three-course menu in the heart of the Canadian Rockies in the Sleeping Buffalo Dining Room.

Taking inspiration from natural elements surrounding the lodge, such as wood and stone, the dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a carefully crafted menu with that special person in your life.

Designed by Chef Kelly Strutt, this three-course menu features our signature Rocky Mountain Cuisine, with selections that pair perfectly with our Gold Glass Award winning wine list by Wine Director Brad Royale.

Feast your appetite on the Pulled Duck Confit, Spinach & Baby Kale Salad, followed by a Seafood Cioppino, or the Bison & Caribou Game Duo. Finish off dinner with a delectable Coconut Chocolate Bar – perfect for sharing.

The 2019 Valentine’s Day Menu is $65 (plus tax + grat) a person and will be available in the dining room starting at 5:30 p.m. on February 14, 2019.
