Careers at CRMR
Work in The Beautiful Canadian Rockies
Live, Work & Play in the Rockies
This isn’t your parents’ 9 to 5. Choosing Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts means choosing a rewarding experience that goes beyond your work day. It also means choosing to live and play in some of the most majestic vistas that Canada has to offer.
Our subsidized Staff Accommodations will take the worry out of finding a place to live during your tour with us, and put you steps from the same activities that our guests enjoy.
Most importantly, these communal settings let you build friendships and relationships with your peers that go beyond simple co-workers. It is the sense of family that is created that sets us apart from any other resort operator in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. In recognition of our inclusive workplace culture, CRMR was awarded Silver status in the 2023 Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter—and in 2024, we proudly achieved Gold.

Ben Simbirski Scholarship Award
In an effort to honour one of our valued employees legacy and keep his memory alive, we have created the Ben Simbirski Scholoraship Award. The first recipient of this award is one of our fantastic apprentices, Austin. He was gifted a knife case and professional grade knives to assist him while attending SAIT this February. We are honored to have known you Ben, and we look forward to carrying on this tradition every year.
