Here’s what you can expect this Thanksgiving weekend:

BUFFALO MOUNTAIN LODGE

Thanksgiving Dinner Menu Available from October 10-13, 2025. 

This year, Buffalo Mountain Lodge is celebrating with a Thanksgiving à la carte menu designed to give you flexibility. Guests can enjoy the dishes as a full set menu for a special dining experience, perfect for couples, or choose items individually to suit their appetite.

Highlights from the Thanksgiving menu include:

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with honey crisp apple, garam masala, and coriander yogurt

  • Hutterite Turkey Roulade with charcoal brioche stuffing, buttered carrots, and pan gravy

  • Pumpkin Pie with pecan brittle, salted caramel, and chantilly cream

To complement your meal, specialty cocktails and cozy fall creations like pumpkin spice lattes will be featured, along with a specialty pumpkin pie crafted for the season. 

EMERALD LAKE LODGE

Thanksgiving touches and seasonal treats offered throughout the weekend. 

Nestled on the edge of its turquoise namesake lake, Emerald Lake Lodge sets the stage for a Thanksgiving retreat surrounded by nature’s tranquility. Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy festive touches across the property, including:

  • Hot Apple Cider Station in the Main Lodge

  • Thanksgiving-themed cocktails in the Kicking Horse Lounge

  • Pumpkin pie and seasonal treats offered throughout the day

For dinner, the Mount Burgess Dining Room will be serving its regular menu, featuring elevated Rocky Mountain cuisine. With limited seating available, reservations are highly recommended.
