About the Chef’s Table:
At Buffalo Mountain Lodge, Chef Catherine Bohn, Sous-Chef Noel Reid and the culinary team present to you Chef’s Table at Sleeping Buffalo Dining Room & Lounge. The evening will be filled with CRMR’s Signature Rocky Mountain cuisine crafted by talented Chef Catherine, who will be sourcing local and seasonal ingredients to create innovative courses for this dinner. Complementing each course will be paired wines that have been curated by expert sommelier Wen of Highlander Wine & Spirits. Love the wine at the Chef’s Tables? There will be opportunity to order your favorite bottles to enjoy at home.
Enjoy a socially distanced night of dining, where you have the intimate feel of a Chef’s Table, while enjoying a space that allows for full safety and relaxation. All guests will be seated at their own tables with their parties, and spaced 2 meters from other guests.
There are only 20 tickets available for each of these dinners. The Chef’s Tables each start at 6:30 p.m on their respective dates.
