This totally new restaurant is designed to bring guests amazing local cuisine in an approachable, affordable way, catering to all dietary needs! The menu includes mountain-themed tapas, game meats, excellent shareables, and pastas made proudly in house. The drink menu features creative cocktails, local craft beers and aromatic wines!
The Prow welcomes guests from all over! For those lodging in downtown Banff, the restaurant is only a short walk, drive or bike up Tunnel Mountain Road. Staying at a nearby lodge or campground? Hop on over for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime in between! The Prow is the perfect way to relax before, during or after a day of exploring beautiful Banff!
Finding the perfect breakfast for an exciting day in the mountains is a feat in and of itself! Luckily, The Prow features a selection of the perfect fuel-giving foods! Choose from options like Avocado Toast, Mixed Grills, Bennies and more! Sweet more your thing? The Prow’s menu also includes sugary staples like Fresh Buttermilk Pancakes and French Toast.
The Prow’s main lunch/dinner menu is a mouth-watering collection of Rocky Mountain Cuisine; with items you just won’t get enough of! Grab your favourite foodie and snack on some shareables like Okonomiyaki Fries, Fried Artichoke Hearts or Game Meat Balls (YUM)! Those looking to enjoy something a little more substantial can choose from options like Steelhead Trout, Roasted Chicken Breast or Vegan Stew. The Prow’s bartenders have been hard at work creating amazing, unique, and tasty cocktails with names inspired by a few of their favourite things here in the Rockies! With drinks like ‘On Bee-Lay’, ‘Bloo-Doo’, or ‘Rumdle Cocktail’ this selection is sure to impress. Looking for something simpler? The Prow also offers a wide selection of craft beer or ‘wine by the glass’ options. The perfect companions to any mountain meal!
The best things in life are sweet, luckily The Prow’s dessert menu is even sweeter! End an evening of delectable dining at The Prow with some delicious dessert like the Toasted Hazelnut Mousse, Almond Chiffon Cake and more!
After a day of hitting the nearby trails, ski hills or climbing routes, there isn’t much better than an après beer, cocktail, or wine! Stop by for happy hour from 3 – 7 p.m. Sunday – Thursday for delicious deals on drinks and more! Looking for a little more incentive? How about our When It Rains, It Pours special?! Any day in July or August with enough rain to close our patio, happy hour runs from noon to 7 p.m. Cheers to that!
