What are Hot Tub Hours?

Do I need a reservation for the hot tub?
No reservation is required, our hot tub runs on a first come first serve basis.

When is check-in?
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.

Can I request an early check-in/late check-out?
Yes, we try to accommodate these requests as much as possible. it is best to contact the front desk on the day of.
Parking
Where do I park?
There is free unassigned parking throughout the lodge property.
Do I need a park pass?
As we are located in Banff National Park, park passes are required to be displayed in your vehicle. Park passes can be purchased at the park gates or in downtown Banff at the Information Centre.
Are there chargers for electric vehicles?
Outlets are available but limited. Please inquire with the front desk upon check-in.
Incidentals
What is the incidentals policy?
A deposit of $100 per day (with a max of $500) is taken at the time of booking. This will be released after you check out from the hotel.

Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes, the tap water is safe to drink.

Is there public transit in Banff?
Yes, the Roam bus has a stop just outside Buffalo Mountain Lodge. Tickets can be purchased with $2 cash (correct change only) or you can download the Token Transit app.
How do I get to downtown Banff from the lodge?
You can either walk, take the bus, bike, or drive. It is about a 20 minute walk.
Pets
Are the rooms pet-friendly?
A number of our rooms are pet-friendly. They can be booked by calling our team at 1.403.410.7417. Please note that all pet-friendly rooms are located on the lower level only.
Can I bring my pet in the main lodge?
Pets are welcome in the main lodge for check-in.
Can I bring my pet to the dining room?
Our dining room is not pet-friendly. During the summer months our pet-friendly patio is a great option for dining with your pets.
Room
What amenities are in my room?
Nespresso coffee machine, wood-burning fireplace, cozy feather duvets and pillows, telephone, LCD televisions, Blu-Ray players, clock radios, irons/ironing boards and hair dryers. Many of our rooms have balconies or patios.
Do you offer pack n plays for babies?
Yes, pack n plays are available for your stay.
Do you offer stayover service?
Yes, we do offer stayover service at this time.

What are The Prow’s hours?
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

What are the gym’s hours?
The gym is open 7 am to 11 pm.
