Winter Refresh: Partial Lodge Closure from January 28-February 13, 2024

As part of our commitment to providing our guests with a truly enjoyable and comfortable escape, Emerald Lake Lodge will be conducting a partial lodge closure for seasonal maintenance, cleaning and enhancement of our common areas. The slowdown will begin on January 28, lasting until February 13. Regular operations will commence on February 14. 

While our operations are set to slow down for this three-week period, we are thrilled to reassure you that the resort will remain operational, offering a limited number of guestrooms in our cozy cabins to ensure a seamless guest experience. 

CLOSURE DETAILS

The following areas will be closed from January 28-February 13, 2024: 

Historic Main Lodge, including:

  • Front Desk
  • Yoho Lounge
  • Kicking Horse Lounge
  • Mount Burgess Dining Room

The following areas will be open from January 28-February 13, 2024: 

  • Bellhut – The bellhut located in the overnight parking lot will act as the main reception for guest check in and check out.  
  • Foyer of main lodge – On-resort guest services will be located in the foyer of the main lodge (in between the outer and inner doors). The on-resort guest services agent will be available to help with general inquiries, room requests, dining reservations etc.
  • Cilantro on the Lake restaurant – located beside the main pedestrian bridge at the entrance of the resort
  • Hot Tub and Club House – Newly opened after its recent renovation, relax and enjoy our outdoor hot tub with incredible daytime views of the lake and expansive starry skies at night. Open daily from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Cilantro on the Lake will be the main restaurant open during
the closure.

  • Breakfast (Buffet): 8 am – 11 am
  • Lunch/Dinner: 12 pm – close
  • Dinner Seatings: 5:00 pm, 6:45 pm, 8:30 pm
  • Reservations can be made via Opentable, or via the guest services agent located in the foyer of the main lodge during this time period
  • Evening fires with s’mores at the outdoor fire pit located
    close to the main lodge
  • Access to snowshoe rentals via guest services in Foyer of main lodge

We understand the importance of your stay and apologize for
any inconvenience caused by the temporary partial lodge closure of. Rest
assured, we are committed to providing a delightful experience during this
period, ensuring labour resources are allocated to ensure your winter getaway
is truly memorable.
